AI technology and precision medicine have become a global trend. Innovative healthcare is one of the priorities for the Thai Government with a national policy called Thailand 4.0. On September 6th, 2022, Taiwan’s Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) held the “2022 Taiwan-Thailand Smart Healthcare Conference” at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok. Academics, government officials, medical professionals, and manufacturers of medical devices from Taiwan were invited to give speeches at the conference. Mr. David Lin from the sales department of Acer Medical Inc. was invited to share Acer Medical’s experience of introducing VeriSee DR, an ophthalmic AI-assisted diagnostic solution developed by Acer Medical, to counter Diabetic Retinopathy and prevent vision loss in diabetic patients.
